At La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye, each piece is made to order with intention, craftsmanship, and care.

Because every garment is created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All items are made-to-order and produced upon purchase.

  • A signature is required for delivery.

  • We do not offer cancellations once order has been submitted.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage reviewing all sizing information carefully prior to purchase. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sierralafaye.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, resolution will be determined at our sole discretion.

Production & Processing Time

All garments are made to order.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and processing before shipment. Production begins once payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or collection launches. Significant delays will be communicated when possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will clearly state their estimated shipping window on the product page.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

  • The item is not yet in production or ready to ship.

  • The estimated shipping date is an approximation and subject to change.

  • You will be notified once your order has shipped.

Pre-order sales are final and may not be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx or UPS to ensure secure and reliable delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery timelines depend on destination and carrier performance.

La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Customs duties, taxes, or international import fees

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders arising from pricing inaccuracies

Full payment is required at checkout.

4. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once order has been received.

5. Shipping & Liability

We ship via FedEx or UPS.

Once tracking information has been issued, La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked delivered

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Customs or import-related charges

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

6. Product Variations

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our garments, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee exact color representation due to differences in device displays.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
