Sierra LaFaye is the founder and creative director of La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye — a faith-based luxury brand rooted in purpose, identity, and elevated design.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Apparel Design & Technology from Purdue University, an institution widely recognized for its strong engineering foundation. Studying within a technically rigorous environment shaped her approach to fashion — grounding her creativity in precision, structure, and innovation. She later earned her Fashion Management degree from Istituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona, where she refined her global perspective on luxury branding and business.

For over 16 years, Sierra has modeled both nationally and internationally, experiencing the fashion industry from the inside out. Through this journey, she witnessed both its brilliance and its blind spots — particularly the lack of diversity represented in front of and behind the camera. These experiences became the catalyst for something greater: a calling to create space, expand representation, and build a brand where excellence and inclusivity coexist.

The name LaFaye is pronounced “La Fé,” meaning the faith. That meaning is not incidental; it is foundational. La Fé. by Sierra LaFaye was born from a deep conviction that faith is the ultimate source of vision, courage, and creativity. What began as a dream became a calling — one rooted in obedience to God and a desire to reflect His beauty through craftsmanship.

Designed to transcend seasons and trends, each garment is intentionally created to be timeless — pieces that move effortlessly from day to evening, elevated yet versatile. With a commitment to craftsmanship and community, our materials are sourced locally and each garment is constructed by skilled local tailors. By producing locally, we not only ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail, but also invest directly into the community that supports us.

At its core, the brand is more than fashion. It is a statement of belief. A commitment to luxury with integrity. A celebration of diversity with intention. And above all, an expression of unwavering faith.

This commitment extends beyond what we create to how we give. A portion of our proceeds is donated each year to organizations that align with our values and heart for impact. This year, we are honored to partner with The Jed Foundation to support teen mental health — investing in the emotional well-being, resilience, and future of the next generation.
